Weston Lullingfields Village Hall Committee raise valuable funds every year for the running of our Village Hall. Money is used to maintain and improve the hall for the benefit of all users. By joining the 100 Club, you can help ensure the Village Hall remains open as a resource for all the residents in our community, as well as having a chance to win cash prizes every month.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Weston Lullingfields Village Hall 100 Club is a private lottery and open to anyone over 16 years old. N.B. It is an offence to purchase a number for anyone under the age of 16. Membership is not restricted to those associated with the village and family and friends are encouraged to join. As a private lottery, you must be invited to join. You will be allotted a number and tickets are not transferable.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each number purchased will be entered into the monthly draw. When a number is drawn out, it will be eliminated from any remaining draws within that month. Of the total subscription, 50% will be distributed as prizes and 50% will be paid into Village Hall funds. Prizes may vary and are dependent on total subscriptions. The 50% prize fund is allocated as a percentage of the entry monies paid. 1st prize is 25% of the total monthly contributions, 2nd prize is 15% and 3rd is 10%.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

You can buy more than one number per month. Entry will be by subscription of £1.00 per month per number paid in advance based on a minimum period of 12 months i.e. £12.00 per number per annum. A completed application form should be returned to John Darling, Prestwood, Petton Road, Weston Lullingfields, SHREWSBURY SY4 2AE with either cash, a cheque payable to ‘Weston Lullingfields Village Hall’ or if you wish to pay via on-line banking, details are as follows:

HOW DO THE NUMBERS GET DRAWN?

There will be a monthly prize draw with the first taking place on or around September 30th, 2023. Winnings will be paid by cash, cheque made payable to the holder of the number or direct into the holder’s bank account.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I WON?

Winners will be contacted personally, and the names and winning numbers are posted on the Village Hall noticeboards after the draw each month. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into Weston Lullingfields Village Hall funds after 6 months.
